MyProtein White Chocolate Brownies



Thanks to my lovely friend Jenny, I managed to get my hands on a few MyProtein goodies to try out. The first thing I got excited about was the White Chocolate Impact Whey Protein as it sounded delicious. As I was looking at The Zone section of the MyProtein website I noticed this recipe and immediately wanted to make it.

So, if you fancy some white chocolate brownies then look no further... (and try not to get put off by the idea of butter bean brownies, trust me they're good!)

Ingredients:
  • 1 tin of butter beans
  • 25g of melted coconut oil
  • 25g of almond butter/peanut butter
  • 2 scoops of MyProtein White Chocolate Impact Whey Protein
  • 1 scoop of oats
  • 25g honey
  • 2 tbsps granulated sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 50g white chocolate chips
  • Optional - 5 to 7 drops of white chocolate flavdrops

Then...
  • Preheat your oven to 150 degrees celsius
  • Combine all ingredients, except choc chips, in a blender and blend until completely mixed
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Add the brownie batter to a non stick deep square tray and oven cook for 8 minutes
  • Remove brownies from the oven and cool for 30 minutes
  • Once cooled cut them up and enjoy!

If you want some extra white chocolate goodness, I had some left over and decided to melt them on top to make them extra tasty.




These were my first batch of protein brownies and I really want to make some more.
